situation: radiant heat floor finish- there was damage by the previous contractor due to failed coatings and chipped areas in the floor. owners did not want to remove floor!

solution: shot blast and grind failed coatings off slab, cementious underlay chipped areas. Then refinish the floor with AK4 microfinish and stain.
