situation: The Knox family was facing the daunting task of having to remove and replace their existing carpet,Tile and vinyl.They liked the look of stained and sealed cement ious overlays. But because they are raising kids and are hard on there floor, we recommended our honed and polished system in order to provide low maintenance and sustainability. The image shows how distressed the floor was. You can also see the patched areas where carpet tacks left chips in the floor. All chips and cracks are filled before the grinding process.
