From here on out, The owners of the building are now saving major dollars in lifecycle and daily maintenance cost by eliminating the need to remove various floor coverings or using floor sealers that wear and need to be stripped then re applied. Polished concrete is also non committal, meaning the floor can be covered without the need to remove it. If our polished concrete maintenance program were followed, the surface should keep its original sheen without the need to call us for a high grit re polish years down the road. The maintenance program is to daily dust mop and to auto scrub the floor using neutral cleaner with diamond grit cleaning pads in order to maintain the original shine while cleaning the floor.
