the future in concrete

Situation:Pour and place concrete floor for hydronic heat.The cost for concrete polishing were to high so we used the next best system. with low maintenance and permanance in mind.

Solution: We sanded the floor using both 50 and 100 grit diamond disk. then we stained the floor and hardened it with our Rock hard densifier. The hardener made the floor very hard, dense and permanent. after densification we applied a very thin coat of acrylic sealer in order to give the floor a wet look.The benefits of this system over conventional stained and sealed systems are increaed stain and scratch resistance and no waxes are required to protect the concrete.
