After Densification the project was complete and the only Maintenance required is to wash the deck off when needed. Over the next 6 months the deck will become harder and more stain and wear resistant. The owners wanted a wetter look on the color. This previously could only be achieved by applying lacquer sealers. Now we have a exterior grade lithium based product that we applied to the surface. This product will last up to 5 times longer than SB. sealers. And it won't fog or peel like the old topical sealers did. Once they finally wear through the Pent ra Guard film, there deck will still be protected and will not require re application unless they need a wet look rather than a natural one.
